Refund and Return Policy

At SAPASPUR, we want you to shop with confidence. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Change-of-mind returns

If you changed your mind, selected the wrong item, size, colour, or style, you may return an eligible item within 30 days.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, SAPASPUR will take responsibility for resolving it.

Submit a support request with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. After review, SAPASPUR may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or return-shipping instructions at no cost to you.

How to start a return

  1. Open My Account → Orders.
  2. Select the order and choose Start a return.
  3. Tell us the reason for the return and add photos if there is damage or an error.
  4. Wait for SAPASPUR’s return instructions before sending the item back.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm the outcome by email or through your SAPASPUR account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary by payment provider and country.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply in your country.
