Return & Refund Policy

Return window and eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. Eyewear must have protective lens films intact and no scratches. Final-sale and hygiene items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

How to start a return

Email kenbrownly@sapaspur.com with your order number. Do not send items back without prior authorization and return instructions.

International and overseas-sourced items

For an eligible overseas-sourced item, you may choose:

• Option A: keep the item and receive a 50% partial refund.
• Option B: keep the item and receive 100% store credit.

If you prefer to return the physical item, you are responsible for return shipping to the designated US or EU return hub. The address, return-shipping amount and any deduction from your refund will be explained in your return instructions before you authorize the return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Store credit applies when you choose Option B.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items

Contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue. The change-of-mind restrictions and overseas return options do not replace any mandatory remedies or consumer rights that apply to defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
