Eyewear and product information

Unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise with supporting specifications, our eyewear is sold as a fashion accessory, not as a prescription, medical or protective safety device. UV protection, polarization, lens performance and prescription compatibility are only claimed where supported by the specific product’s verified specifications. Slight variations in color, sizing or hardware may occur; review the listing and measurements before ordering.

Pricing and payments

Prices use the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. Review the total, including shipping and applicable taxes shown at checkout, before paying. We may correct pricing errors or cancel an order affected by an incorrect price; any payment received for a canceled order will be refunded.

Fulfillment and delays

SAPASPUR sources products from global suppliers. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, international carriers or events beyond our control. Contact us about a delayed or undelivered order so we can review the available remedy.

Liability and customer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for a claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
